The Come As You Are Programme is designed to ensure that no member is feeling overwhelmed & underprepared for their return to the gym, no matter how long they were away.
It is to make sure that there is space for each persons different fears and worries regarding coming back to training. We aim to support & guide our members back into a place of feeling good about yourself - together!
Over the course of 6 weeks you will be giving the knowledge and support to make dramatic changes in your life, physically and mentally.
This programme runs each Tue & Thurs @ 6pm - 7pm or 7pm - 8pm. If you are interested in securing a space please reach out and let us know as soon as possible as these are very limited!
