 About Our Classes 

We offer classes to suit every level of fitness. We don't have specific beginner classes as all of our classes are beginner friendly. We know that starting something new can be scary but we assure you that you have no reason to be scared. Our qualified personal trainers will guide you through every move in every session. You will not be left to wander around aimlessly. We take pride in the "personal" element of personal training. It is our ethos to learn the name of every member in our gym. You'll be more than a number at Kickstart Fitness.

This session is geared towards our guys and girls chasing fat loss and looking to gain muscle or "tone up". It is a faster paced class with time enough to max out on reps and sets. A real burn!
This class will be mainly using resistance training to build and maintain muscle mass. Fast tempo to increase calorie expenditure and burn fat! In a nutshell, the class to make you “toned and lean”. Eliminate the fear of getting big and bulky. With our style of high intensity weight training we focus on toning and building genuine strength. It is not possible to take part in one of our weight training classes and not feel amazing afterwards.
Core & Conditioning: The new core strength & conditioning class is a 50 minute session that focuses on burning as much fat as possible in the shortest amount of time. It is a high intensity session that will also incase your cardiovascular system. The session also includes a mix of core exercise to help build a strong core while building abdominal muscles. This class will be broke up into 70/30 meaning 30% of this session will consist of core exercises and 70% will consist of conditioning. If you like a fast paced, sweaty session then this is the class for you!
HIIT High Intensity Interval Training is one of our sessions based entirely around cardio. A fast paced session aimed at improving fitness and endurance levels while burning as much calories as possible! If you like the type of fast paced sweaty gym session then this is the class for you!
This class will be mainly using resistance training to build and maintain muscle mass. Fast tempo to increase calorie expenditure and burn fat! In a nutshell, the class to make you “toned and lean”. This class is for those with the goal of lifting as heavy as they possibly can. That can simply mean lifting heavier than your used to. It is a slower tempo session where rest and recovery periods are controlled by the coach. Think heavier weights for less rep's!
This session focuses 50% on strength training & 50% on conditioning. The aim of this workout is to increase strength & build muscle while increasing your cardiovascular system and burning bodyfat. You'll also go through exercises that will improve your flexibility and challenge your stability and core. All these aspects combined makes this class is very beneficial for anyone competing in sports.
Serious calorie burner and one of our most popular classes! 50 minutes of a super energising, complete body workout using a combination on TRX and Barbells. The perfect mix of cardio and building strength.
